Skin is the largest organ in the human body and the most abused. In fact, our skin is exposed to chemicals we would never consider putting in our mouths. Wouldn't it be nice if we could increase skin health without dousing it in chemicals? Of course, using less creams and tonics would ultimately be better for our skin.
